This service is for recently acquired companies or companies that are in need of a turn around where the sales force is not performing at a high level. The Sales Kinetics Team will enter and develop a sales business plan. This plan usually involves hiring and training a sales manager and evaluating the existing sales staff. We also determine the correct size and territory alignment for the sales force. If substantial new hiring is needed we will interview at this phase of the engagement while we work to align the compensation structure. Sales Kinetics team will develop a compelling sales presentation and implement a training program. All 9 Catalysts will be in place at the end of the engagement positioning the company for enhanced future growth.
